Step 1: Zip Code Import
V1.0.1 New (US-001): Choose whether to import Zip Codes. If not needed, state-level default configuration will be used.

Enrollment Mode
V1.0.1 Config Linkage (US-007~011):
• When "API Sync" mode is selected, form config items are automatically hidden
• When T&C is disabled, the file upload area is automatically hidden
• When "Contact Support" unenroll mode is selected, contact info fields appear automatically
In app: show enrollment entry and form in app. API Sync: no entry shown, homeowners enroll via third-party platform sync.

Homeowner Basic Info
Name, email, phone — shown in the enrollment form
Includes homeowner name, email address, and phone number.
Note: Some DERMS platforms retrieve this info via API sync and do not require manual input from homeowners.

Required by most utilities to match the homeowner's grid account.

Step 3: Runtime Parameters
V1.0.1 New (US-004): Each parameter now shows a helper text description directly below the field — no hover needed.
VPP Reserved SOC Default
Set the default reserved battery percentage during VPP events
Minimum battery level reserved during VPP events. E.g., 20% means the battery will not discharge below 20%. This is the default value for newly enrolled homeowners.

Allow Homeowners to Modify SOC
Allow homeowners to adjust the VPP reserved SOC value in the app
Yes: Homeowners can adjust their Reserved SOC in the app.
No: Homeowners use the system default and cannot change it.

Support Passive Event
Whether this program supports passive event dispatch
Passive events are VPP dispatch events where the homeowner's battery responds automatically without any action required from the homeowner.
Yes: This program supports passive events. The DERMS platform can send passive dispatch commands to enrolled homeowners' batteries.
No: This program only supports active events. Homeowners must confirm each event in the app before their battery responds.
⚠️ This must match the passive event capability agreed in the Program contract with the utility/aggregator.

Yes: Homeowners can opt out of an event after receiving the notification.
No: Homeowners must participate in all dispatch events.
Allowing opt-out may affect dispatch reliability.
