Set the default reserved battery percentage during VPP events
Minimum battery level reserved during VPP events. E.g., 20% means the battery will not discharge below 20%. This is the default value for newly enrolled homeowners.

Yes: Homeowners can adjust their Reserved SOC in the app.
No: Homeowners use the system default and cannot change it.

Whether this program supports passive event dispatch
Passive events are VPP dispatch events where the homeowner's battery responds automatically without any action required from the homeowner.
Yes: This program supports passive events. The DERMS platform can send passive dispatch commands to enrolled homeowners' batteries.
No: This program only supports active events. Homeowners must confirm each event in the app before their battery responds.
⚠️ This must match the passive event capability agreed in the Program contract with the utility/aggregator.
