VPP Program Management 新功能

Supports selecting multiple countries and states/provinces when creating a Program.

Allow creating a Program with pending credentials — skip verification and fill in later.

Automatically shows required credential fields based on selected Aggregator: EnergyHub/Derapi → Program ID; Virtual Peaker → API Key + Secret; others → no credentials needed.

Choose whether to import Zip Codes: skip (use state defaults) or upload a custom file. Configured in Utility Config Step 1 — not in the Create Program modal.

After credential verification, parameters are automatically synced from the DERMS platform.

Each runtime parameter now shows a helper text description directly below the field.

Add "Select from Library" option to use preset brand assets instead of uploading each time.

5 preset copy templates for banners — one click fills all text fields automatically.

Intelligent field linkage: Enrollment Mode, T&C, Unenroll Method, SOC, Pairing Code — fields show/hide based on context.

T&C contract config is now in Step 2, linked to the T&C toggle. When enabled: upload a file or provide a URL, with preview and download support. The "Edit Contract" button on the Utility card has been removed.

Submitters can withdraw a pending/under-review application. The utility returns to Draft for re-editing.

New "Copy Reviewer" role who can edit Step 4/6 copy. 4-stage approval flow: Copy Review → Technical Review → Product Review → Solution Review. Only Copy Review stage allows editing.

"Landing Page" renamed to "In-app Landing Page" for clarity.

After approval, one-click copy configuration to quickly create a similar Program.

Text areas auto-expand as you type, max height 300px with scroll overflow.

Auto-saves draft every 60 seconds. Save status indicator shown in the page corner.
